BABY CLOTHES
All orders shipped free of charge over $100 (within U.S. and Canada), otherwise flat rate is applied. International and Priority shipping offered for additional cost.
Typically orders shipping happens same day.
We can and do ship anywhere, including internationally. We ship out small orders with the United States Post Office First Class Mail and Priority Mail. We offer to ship FedEx Ground (additional cost to customer).
For all orders shipped USPS Priority Mail, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to arrive depending on the distance. Your package will be delivered by the US Postal Service (USPS) instead of a private carrier.
FedEx Ground shipments are committed to delivery in 1 to 5 business days within the U.S., depending on location. Shipments to Canada and International arrive in 3 to 7 business days.
FRAGRANCES
All orders shipped free of charge over $100 (within U.S. and Canada), otherwise flat rate is applied. International and Priority shipping offered for additional cost.
All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available.
Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.
On International orders shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.
Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 4-15 business days.
*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
DOT restrictions on air shipping for restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.
In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.
ORGANIC PRODUCTS
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based upon the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Shipping Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are only a base line, additional charges may be applied. Please contact us for more details.
Skus beginning with ECW may not be shipped internationally and processing times now have an expected turnaround time of 5-9 days.
A 10% duty prepayment will be due before international orders can be shipped. Any difference in duties will be credited back if applicable.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and dimensionally-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Also note that for any issues with your items either damaged or not being delivered, you must notify us within 2 weeks of placing the order. After that time we will be unable to sort out any discrepancies.
VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS
We ship within one business day to destinations in the U.S., Canada and internationally.

International orders usually reach their destination within a week.
Large international orders may be charged extra to cover minimum shipping cost. If this is the case, we will notify the international customer prior to processing the order.

Worldwide delivery - All items shipped from USA and use the United States Postal Service (USPS).
The order is sent on the same day.
For International orders: imports, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with the customer country's specific requirements. We are not associated with these aditional fees. Any additional fee will be paid paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
If the package is in transit by USPS for more than 30 days after the shipment date, please notify us to claim it to USPS. Please do not submit claims for lost packages before 30 days and no after 90 days after the shipment date.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second one will contain the tracking information and some instructions on how to track your parcel.

What are your delivery times?
Usually, you can expect to receive your order(s) within 1-5 business days. Unlike many online merchants, we stock and ship our own products rather than passing orders on to a "middle-man". We usually ship orders the same business day if it comes in before Noon Eastern time. Orders placed late Friday and on the weekend ship out on Monday. Due to Covid-19, we need a little bit more time to process orders. We do our very best to ship it promptly within 2 business days.
How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping on most orders over $25 to the 10 provinces in Canada and the 48 Continental States. Yes, that's FREE shipping* on most orders over $25, regardless of the quantity or weight of products. (Exceptions to remote locations may apply)
Where do you ship?
Orders are shipped throughout Canada and the USA. All shipments are tracked and fully insured to guarantee delivery. We also ship worldwide for a fee.
Which shipping companies are used?
Mostly FedEx, UPS, CANPAR. Canada Post on occasion (in areas where couriers doe not deliver). At checkout, you will be given the option to select either an express air service or our standard ground service (free on orders over $25).
Are orders tracked and insured?
Absolutely. Once the product leaves our warehouse, you will be sent a tracking number by email. All shipments are fully insured (we cover the cost of the insurance) and tracked to guarantee delivery.
Do you charge handling fees?
Absolutely not. However, if your order is going to a country other than Canada and the USA, these countries may charge duties and taxes on the product entering their country. It is up to the customer to find out more about those and pay these fees (if applicable).
Address correction/redirection?
Please note that ALL carriers charge a fees to their customers for an address correction once the package has shipped. This fees is on average $15 for changing something as simple as 115 Main St. to 117 Main St. Please make sure the address is accurate when placing your order. If you see an error, please contact us ASAP to make the correction before the order is processed.
Decline Delivery or Return to Sender
Please note that ALL carriers charge a return fee equivalent to the outgoing shipping fee. If you decide to cancel your order once it has been shipped and choose to have it redirect to us, decline reception on delivery day, or simply decide or fail to pick it up at the nearby pick up location, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to deduct both the outgoing and returning cost amounts from your refund.
Shipping Promotions
In the case of an express shipping promotion, we mostly use FedEx or Canada Post depending on your location (in areas FedEx does not deliver). At checkout, you will be given the option to select free express service. We will do our best to ship your order express but please note that some heavy and bulky items cannot be shipped express or your destination might not be available for express shipping due to its location or for excessive cost reasons. In those cases, we will use the best option available to send you your order
