Returns Policy

BABY CLOTHES

We offer a simple return policy to make your shopping experience convenient and comfortable. If customer is not satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund, you may return it within 30 days of your order date with the provided Return Merchandise Authorization Form. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We do not reimburse shipping fees.

After signing for and accepting your merchandise, you are responsible for all damage claims.

1. All unused, unopened merchandise in original packaging returned within 30 days of receipt with a valid RMA will be credited 100% of purchase price excluding shipping and handling charges.

2. Any product with-out a quality defect or incorrect merchandise can be returned for a full refund.

3. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and we will not reimburse for original shipping fee.

4. All clearance or seasonal merchandise is final sale and is not returnable.

5. Items returned that are washed, worn, torn, dirty or outside the original packaging will be up to the discretion of our returns department. We may not be able to process an exchange or refund for returned goods.

6. All returns must be sent via a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx)

7. All returns must reference their order number for all communication. We are not able to accept blind returns.   Returns must include the provided Return Merchandise Authorization form.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

All credits will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of processing your return. Please allow 2-3 days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for proper credit, as it will take time before the refund appears on your card.

Manufacturer reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all above guidelines have not been met.

It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly when your packages arrive.  Please email us at customerservice@vshopper.ca immediately and we will issue a return goods authorization (RMA) form if claim is made within the time frame stated.


HEALTH AND BEAUTY

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA) number from our customer service.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.


NUTRITION

Perishable Items. Food and other perishable items are not returnable and non-refundable unless the item is out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped. This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations.



VITAMIN SUPPLEMENTS

Every product shipped by Vitabase has a 60-day money back guarantee.

The customer must request an Return Merchandise Authorization Number Form (RMA) before returning any merchandise.

The customer must contact VSHOPPER.CA and ship the merchandise directly to Manufacturer 60 days from the date that the product was ordered.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. 

We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of Vitabase on a case by case basis.

Do not return products to Manufacturer after 60 days have passed without contacting us first! Packages received without an RMA number after 60 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!

Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly, usually the same business day. If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the package must be returned to us before a refund is given.


JEWELRY

30 Days Return Policy

The supplier stands behind the quality of every product they sell, so if you change your mind in 30 days, with receipt, just return the item(s) and we'll issue full refund for you. Please refer to Return Steps for more information.  Please note we support refunds through Paypal only

Moreover, we'll pay return shipping cost for below cases:

(I) Item Manufacturing Defect

If the received item is found to be manufacturing defect. Please feel free to contact us to apply for return. We'll evaluate if the item has manufacturing defect.

Please note:

We will not accept any return goods in which the goods were damaged during usage or your incorrect action.

Please be advised that the natural impurities is not defect, it's one of the characters of natural gemstones.

(II) Item Not As Described

In this case, item received is found to be not the same as the parameter described in parameter list or detailed description.

Please let us know which parameter is not as described.

Please note:

* Due to photo technology problems and the lighting , there might be color difference of your display screen.

* ltem images might be enlarged for detail, as the weight is the main factor of the cost, generally the size of silver products are smaller than fashion jewelry. Please double-check the actual size information with us if you have any doubt/concern.

Shipment Issues

If you haven’t received your package based on the mentioned estimates, please kindly email us.

We will offer a solution as soon as possible, as customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Please Notes:

All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays, which is outside our control. But normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following case is not applicable for refund,

The item, including but not limited to stone, metal, is damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance.

Products are exposed to corrosive substances or chemicals. Exposure to harsh chemicals can alter the appearance of gemstone & silver jewelry. These chemicals include, but are not limited to, Liquid Silver Polish, Pools, Hot Tubs, and Spas.

Return Steps

When you apply for a refund or return, please contact info@vshopper.ca at the first time, the time you contact us should be within 30 days from receipt , the email should include the following:

Subject: [Order Number] Refund Application

Content: (optional, if you would like us to pay return freight) Reason for return.  It would be better if a photo or video is provided.

Please note:

Please make sure the item will be returned as it was. If you do not have the original product packaging, please use a firm box with padding to return the item.

After we check and confirm the information, our finance team will issue refund for you in 5 working days.
